- Packages and passes are valid for 12 months from purchase.
- A school pair covers two educators from the same school attending the same seminar.
- Custom consultancy requires a two-hour minimum. Urgent work requested within 48 hours may carry a 25% priority supplement.
- Travel, accommodation, equipment and specialist materials are quoted separately for any on-site work.
- Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
BOOKING POLICY
- Open seminars proceed once the published minimum number of paid participants is reached.
- If the minimum is not reached, participants may transfer to a new date or receive a refund under the published terms.
- Coaching and consultancy bookings include a short intake form so the session can stay focused.

Do IB Film specialist sessions count towards IB authorisation?

Can you mark or give feedback on my students' current work?
No. Specialist services do not include marking, pre-scoring or editing current candidate work, predicting grades, or sharing confidential examining material.
Teaching IB Film provides independent professional learning. Its seminars, coaching and consultancy are not IB-authorised workshops and do not count towards IB programme authorisation or official IB professional-development requirements.
