Course & booking policies.

Open-enrolment courses run on published dates once enough seats are confirmed.

• A course proceeds once its published minimum number of paid participants is reached.
• If the minimum enrolment is not met, participants may transfer to a new date or receive a refund under the published terms.
• Cancellation and refund windows are set out in the booking terms shown before payment.

A booked workshop date is reserved for you and prevents other work being accepted for that slot.

• School workshops require a non-refundable booking deposit to hold the date.
• Rescheduling, cancellation, travel, and equipment terms are set out in the booking conditions before payment.
• Remaining fees are invoiced under the conditions agreed at the time of booking.

Consultancy is billed for the time the work actually takes, not only the live meeting.

• Billable time includes preparation, document review, research, the live meeting, and agreed written follow-up.
• Urgent delivery within 48 hours may carry a priority supplement.
• Travel and accommodation are not included in on-site rates and are quoted separately.

The following terms apply across courses, workshops, and consultancy.

• Prices exclude VAT where applicable.
• Travel, accommodation, equipment rental, and specialist materials are quoted separately.
• All sessions are independent professional learning and do not constitute official IB programme-authorisation training.
• Current candidate work is not marked, pre-scored, or edited as part of any service.
